Hunter Merritt plays Americana, folk, rock, funk, blues, and old fashioned bluegrass. For more than 30 years Hunter has been performing in clubs and at parties, in back yards and at weddings.
In addition to solo acoustic works, Hunter is currently involved in a funky trip known as the Schwamigos. Hunter has been jamming out the electric guitar and the banjo along with Woodland native and bass player Schwa Monley and Sacramento native and drummer Bryan Louton.
