Hunter Merritt facilitates team building and leadership development programs for groups of seven to 700, for people of all ages and in nearly any environmental setting. His training, experience and reputation as a river guide, outdoor and experiential educator, ropes course facilitator and trainer, and team building professional provide a solid foundation for discussion of many topics.
Whether a program is designed for simple fun or to pull a team together through a difficult impasse, a primary goal of every facilitated program is to help participants assess risks and take responsibility for making personal choices.
